The following information is provided as general information relating to hall rentals:
            FEES :  for nights and weekends     (lower rates available for week days)
              o   Basic Hall Rental, 5 hour minimum for set-up and affair;                                    600.^oo
                            (includes Bartenders and Hall Clean-Up, done by us)
              o     Additional Rental Time (after the initial 5 hrs.)                                                  100. ^oo per hour
            o   Security Deposit (saves date & time + protects Lessor)                                        250. ^oo   
            o   Security Officer, to protect personnel and facility              (4 hrs)                          160. ^oo   

     Hall will be opened one (1) hour prior to scheduled event for working people.
     Capacity:  200 with Dance Floor, using rectangular tables;   160 using round tables.
     Tables: Round, 60" (20 ea);  Rectangular, 72"x30" (40 ea); Chairs: Padded (180 ea), Metal (60 ea)

Additional Notes and Reminders:

The kitchen MUST be left completely clean.  If it is not, an additional cleaning charge will be assessed.

"Hall Cleaning" is for normal cleaning.  There will be an extra charge for gum or wax removal and/or parking lot cleaning.

All rooms, other than the main hall and kitchen, are OFF LIMITS unless a special agreement has been made

      prior to your affair.

NO alcoholic beverage, of any type, are allowed to be brought on to the premises.

Coffee, Tea, and/or a non-alcoholic punch (except RED) may be served.  Any other beverage must be previously

      approved by the hall manager.  Any violators of this rule may be asked to leave the premises.

All alcoholic beverages are to be consumed inside the building.  Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are to be taken out to or
      consumed on the parking lot (including sitting in or on a vehicle)

The Lessor must be provided with legible copies of all food receipts.  This includes, but not limited to, catered

      meals, hors d'oeuvres, snacks, cake(s), etc.  Your Security Deposit will be retained until these copies are provided.

We have been informed that there is a CURFEW in Bedford for children under the age of seventeen (17).

No items may be left in the Hall after your affair without prior approval of the Hall Manager.
